Shipping policy

Our Current Standard Processing Time is 10-20 Business Days (3-4 Weeks) 

Skip the Line ($25) Processing is 3-7 Business Days

Orders are shipped every Wednesday & Friday.

** Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All sets are made in the order they are received.**

Shipping Time: SHIPPING IS HEAVILY DELAYED IN OUR AREA. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES OR TIMES BECAUSE PACKAGE SCANNING IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH OUR DROP-OFFS.

 Shipping Times (estimates provided by the carrier, not guaranteed by us):

Priority: 2-7 Business Days

Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days

Canada: 7-10 Business Days

Global/Everywhere Else (including Military APO): 7-21 Business Days

Placing an order with Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping will not expedite your nails - our processing time still stands! We cannot guarantee ANY shipping times.

If you need your nails for a special event or a specific date, please let me know BEFORE you order! There is a $25 Fee and you will be sent an invoice and your order will be mailed out in 5-7 business days. 

  We are not responsible for any late deliveries or packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged; once your order is shipped. Please ensure that you give the correct shipping address to prevent delivery issues. If any issues occur with your package please contact USPS. If your package is returned to us because of an address issue, please contact USPS to arrange delivery to the correct address. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice with a reshipment fee for your package. You will not receive a refund for a package that is returned to us.

Please keep in mind that as a small business owner, I am doing everything I can to get orders out on time. I am a one-woman operation all nail sets are handmade to order and created in the order they were received. Thank you all so much for your support and patience!
